These Highland-themed Plaid coasters are created with layers of square pieces of glass in a simple plaid/tartan design.
The texture is even so glasses and cups are stable when placed on the coaster. Each coaster has protective bumps underneath that prevent sliding on smooth surfaces.There are four coasters in a set. The coasters come in red and blue so you can choose your favourite!
Each coaster measures approx. 10cm x 10cm, (4"x4").
Each coaster is made from individually hand-cut pieces of glass that are layered on a single base piece of glass. The assembled glass pieces are then kiln-fused up to a temperature of 1450F to create a single piece of glass with a textured feel.
These coasters are food safe. However, do not place the glass in a microwave or a dishwasher as this will dull the glass, hand wash only with a mild soap solution.
