Coasters, Highland Scenes, Single Coasters

These Highland-themed coasters depict the wildlife and scenery of the highlands. The designs include deer and the famous Highland cows.  

The texture is even so glasses and cups are stable when placed on the coaster.  Each coaster has protective bumps underneath that prevent sliding on smooth surfaces.  These coasters are sold as single pieces.  

Each coaster measures approx. 10cm x 10cm, (4"x4").

Each coaster is made individually from two hand-cut pieces of sheet glass with the design made from glass powder that is sprinkled on top.  The assembled glass pieces are then kiln-fused up to a temperature of 1450F to create a single form.

These coasters are food safe.  However, do not place the glass in a microwave or a dishwasher as this will dull the glass, hand wash only with a mild soap solution.
